About last night...

Postby PF. on Fri May 19, 2017 12:58 pm

I'm doing some business with a bunch of Japanese bankers over in Bangkok right now, and this includes hosting the evening activities.

They've slowly progressed into more debauchery as the week has moved on, with last nights achievement being one of the senior bods catching ping pong balls shot out of a birds minge into his pint glass, and then drinking from it. He then pocketed the balls to give to his daughter in Tokyo as she "likes ping pong".

They've said to me today that we should "go for a drink", which basically means that in about 3 hours time, they're going to be absolutely ****-faced with a ladyboys c0ck smacking on the back of their heads whilst standing up and toasting anything and everything.

What gets me is that next morning, they're all suited and booted and continuing as if nothing has happened, where I'm getting more and more red-eyed, stinking like a tramp and sh1tting through the eye of a needle.

Truthfully never seen anything like it. Absolutely bonkers.

FFS PF! You're English so get a ****ing grip!

No bunch of Johnny Foreigners should be out-drinking and out-debauching any Englishman worth his salt!

This sort of weak mindedness could cost us the Empire.

The granary baps are a unique lot. I've enjoyed working with them over the years, but there is an edge to them.

Memories of breakfasting on a Korean/Japanese compound in Vietnam and they were passing round beer and vodka. Pisshead as I am they thought I was a lightweight for not joining in. I mean I've gone to work still sloshed from the night before but to start with it

Worse. Far, far worse. I lost the youngster about 2am, and found him in the corner of Old Skool (if you know the Soi's, you know what I mean).

A few high fives and waiting awkwardly until he'd finished was a unique experience, especially as started talking about securing the deal whilst he pulled up his trousers.

One of them managed to rip (or cut, not sure) open his loafers, and reanacted a puppet show that must be popular in Japan by sticking them on his hands and shouting at the top of lungs. Pretty normal drunken behaviour that tbf, unless of course you're sitting in a Michelin restaurant at 20.30 in the evening.

"I was so surprised by what a party of men did whilst on business in Bangkok. And at no point did I join in, honest".

Does Mrs PF ever browse this forum?

Good work, by the way

Isn't this pretty par for the course for South Korean and Japanese executives?

Pretty tame even compared with some of the stuff I've been aware of!
