I pay no heed to the company dress code, and wear jeans daily. The office has good quality, functioning aircon anyway, so it wouldn't make a dramatic difference if I did comply. But by jove, there's some flesh on display today, and most satisfactory it is, too.

Still, it is rather one of those inequality matters that doesn't seem to bother the Equality people a great deal, presumably because they're all women.
