What's going on then Mr Samba, are you up to sharing?

I don't think I've ever had really good mental health, mushy, just every now & then I get a really bad spell of it.
Seen many psychiatrists over the years, many different medications, had years of therapy.
Stress makes it worse but no one can remove all stress from their lives, can they.
I've had to resign myself to just being one of those people for who life is a struggle.
One thing that has helped me I think has been this site & obviously, this thread. I really don't feel so alone.

Samba - I can only echo what other have said, you are well respected on this forum and set a great example by talking about your issues.

As for S-H, it did make me chuckle a lot that you didn’t know what the misspelling of Samba’s name meant. But that maybe to do with my age and the fact that the meaning was so well known a few years (maybe 40?) ago!!

Thanks so much for all the messages guys, it's really meant a lot to me.
I've not really had good mental health since childhood & every now & again, I go through a bad patch.

Easier said than done buddy (I know only too well about this!), but remember if you can acknowledge that, this is what it is. It's really good that you even identify this as a thing - that in itself is massive and makes you so much more capable of beating this nonsense. It's a passing cloud.
