Just got a daily bet, all took turns, picked a selection or a couple of selections, then staked a % of the overall bank.
I think it would work best if there were 4 or 5 very dedicated members doing it and also that we didn't rely on a daily bet, just when the person gets round to their go. After all, some days offer no value.
A few people liked the idea of it, but once it started going, people lost interest a bit. I think partly due to missing days and there being quite a lot of people doing it.
If it can be scaled down to half a dozen people (we could even do 2 separate groups if need be) and not have to be daily, just whenever that person makes a pick, then it could work.
It's a lot of fun. Doesn't need to be huge money or searching for huge profit. It's satisfying all pulling together looking for a good bet knowing that you're doing it for the group and feeling proud when you pick a winner

Think I managed to pick a nice double selection when it was my go. But generally I am quite terrible at gambling nowadays. Having slight pressure to pick well may change my selection habits though. If you struggle for numbers you could put me on the subs bench!
