had to have a root around for this,but came up with: half a tomato grilled..3 mushrooms fried..a tablespoon of baked beans..1 egg..and slice of bread and butter ..and for the first time ever..Bird's Eye Potato Waffles....it was like a kids breakfast at the motorway services !

Sausage and bacon stick this morning, again lasted 3/4 weeks on a diet and gave up, never going to happen for me routinely, just as and when I feel like it.
