Your dad :raver:

Moving on...Home made shepherds pie for us here at Upton Towers.

Made with the reminder of the Chanterney carrots and a red onion from the garden.

I am so organic...

What's the best way of cooking an omlette? Having a massive debate with the missus because she tried making one and nearly burnt the kitchen down. Was looking forward to an omelette but we've settled for chicken fajitas

Omelettes, like all eggs, should be cooked on a low a temperature for several minutes. How you actually add things to the pan is dependent on what you have with it. The other day for example, my mushroom, cheese, chorizo and jalapeño omelette consisted of firstly, frying mushrooms and chorizo, mixing cheese, jalapenos and eggs together in a jug, then pouring it into the pan, letting it start to brown before flipping it once, then serve with some pepper.

A bit of basil and paprika will give it some edge also.
