Girlfriends birthday so taking her to a pub which is meant to have top quality grub. Looking forward to it first meal alone for 10 months, since the birth of our boy.

Gammon boiled in Cherry Coke then roasted with honey. Served with roasted chicken, potatoes, parsnips, stuffing, pigs in blankets and veg. Don't normally do much for Easter Sunday but went the whole hog this year.
Gammon boiling first thing this morning the house had an air of Christmas about it.

To Start - Leeks and Asparagus cooked with garlic and onion with a hollandaise sauce topped by a poached egg.

Main: Mushrooms and mixed veg paperdelle in a garlic and herb sauce + a portion of mash :)
