Need to watch that mate, I ended up with Lymes years ago from a tick bite and it's caused all sorts of health issues since. Might be worth getting down the Drs for high dose antibiotics now?

Lymes disease is nasty mate. My missus' sister got bitten by a deer tick in the USA and she caught Lymes disease. There's no cure as you know and she's had all sorts of horrible times with it over the years.

Thanks for the concern, but I had the same last year in our house and I'm still the same :raver: I have a book about Lyme's Disease on my Kindle, which I only read half of, and that was about cases in the US. It was about doctors not recognising or taking the illness seriously.

Tribute bands - I just don't see the point. Why spend money to see someone playing covers by a band you like when surely the best reaction you can get would be "they're good, but not as good as <band they are a tribute to>".

There's something happening round this way soon called the Keynsham Fake Festival, featuring The Fillers, The Stones and The Antarctic Monkeys. Fair play to two of them for at least coming up with amusing names, but other than that, why?

There are some great tribute bands. Dirty DC for one, absolutely brilliant band and a darn sight cheaper than seeing the real thing. Back in the 90's the Australian Doors were great when you couldn't obviously see the real thing.

I don't know if they were the band concerned, but Australian Pink Floyd are stunningly good.

The fat bitch that has just sat in the middle seat on the train nearly forcing me onto the aisle floor. Should be paying more for her ticket.

Not natural to have an arse the size of an elephant (unless you're an elephant I suppose)

I refer to page 3 model Lucy Vixen. Some debates (not mass) on social media as to whether she is too big now! Big knockers and looked stunning a few years ago but the rest of her body seems to be getting as big as her bangers!

Drawing a foul, earning a foul, buying a foul. Anything that suggests the player deserves getting a free-kick due to their actions. I cannot remember hearing such terms 3-4 years ago but now they are common place.

The other one that grates is 'It was good height for the keeper' following a decent save. Gerry Armstrong used that line on Saturday on a shot tipped around the post. 10 minutes later, he wheeled it out again for one tipped over the bar. :phew:

Women jumping about shrieking when there's a mouse in the house.

Wife was screaming incoherently so me and my dog ran downstairs to find her screaming that there was a mouse under the fridge. I pulled the fridge out and dishwasher but couldn't see anything. The dog however seemed to be very interested and could smell something. I assumed the mouse had gone so went back up stairs only to once again hear her screaming and like a mad woman. Sure enough there was a fcckin huuge mouse squashed on the kitchen floor looking like it had been run over. It appears Mousy tried to make a dash for freedom oniy to have my 60kg dog pounce on him, blood and guts everywhere is hardly fun but a mad banshee of a Mrs in your ear just makes the scene a little more unpleasent.
