Re: Little things that irritate you
The washing machine repair cockwomble from Hotpoint trying to tell me that the reason that their shitty two bob circuit board on my washer has failed after less than 6 months is because I cut off the original moulded plug and wired one onto it myself.
You can f*** right off sunshine, and I don't give a flying one if it is in the small print of the warranty, that doesn't supercede my statutory rights to not be sold a load of poorly made *****.

Probably to fit into the hole between the WM and the power socket on the other side of the cabinet.
I know what I mean even if this post seems a bit crap.

Exactly that, which in itself was all the more annoying because the missus insisted that we pay for them to fit it for £25 (even though, as I pointed out, all they were doing was connecting the water and the waste and plugging it in - which they didnt ****ing do properly) because she wanted to use the machine the day it arrived and didn't want to wait for me to come home from work.

Re: Little things that irritate you
I was plastering the wall where I had removed a built in cupboard on Sunday. This morning our cleaner picked up my slippers and put them in the alcove that I was working in. So when I come home my slippers have plaster on them because she put them on some that was still wet on the floorboards. Why the f*** put anything there and why not look, stupid bloody woman.

Re: Little things that irritate you
I had to cut off the moulder plug on our oven after the fitter connected it to the gas. Put on a new plug and the bloody thing would not work. On a whim I swapped the live and neutral wires in the plug and it starts to work. The cack handed sods at Cannon who put it together had reversed the wiring inside the oven!sendô wrote:Exactly that, which in itself was all the more annoying because the missus insisted that we pay for them to fit it for £25 (even though, as I pointed out, all they were doing was connecting the water and the waste and plugging it in - which they didnt ****ing do properly) because she wanted to use the machine the day it arrived and didn't want to wait for me to come home from work.

I was really hoping you were going to say they were plastered behind an alcove in the wallHampshire Hammer wrote:I was plastering the wall where I had removed a built in cupboard on Sunday. You have a cleaner? Shouldn't you be supporting Fulham?Hampshire Hammer wrote:I was plastering the wall where I had removed a built in cupboard on Sunday. That f*cking awful travel agent advert with the shockingly bad "breathy white girl that can't sing" cover of Ain't Nobody.
