I agree ... the latter example in particular, really is one step beyond.fmgod wrote:The use of words like scenes and madness in the wrong context, typical of like Ladbible stuff

There's lots of tits in it though. Especially the earlier series.

My Mrs had a girl (8) in her class, who wants to be a boy. She found it incredibly hard to deal with, mainly as the head gave her no real support. She felt like she was walking on eggshells the whole time, and found the situation very difficult.sendô wrote:This:

You couldn't meet anyone nicer than my partner, she would not discriminate against anyone, let alone a child. However her concern was, because they were focusing on the girl so much, other pupils were then suffering. She also had a parent want to have her child held back a year, as they didn't want them to share a classroom with a "circus act".
Must admit, I am so glad that the new school year will see this child move up into the next class.

I wonder where an innocent child got the whole idea from?sendô wrote:This:

Oh, that'd be it then, what a disgusting chod.......Jessica's stepfather "Alex" - who transitioned from living as female to male - says he is "taken aback, but quite proud" that she plans to be open when she moves to her next school in just over a year's time.

Even worse, grown adult humans that use the word "poo" in any context when there are no children present.sendô wrote:The word "poop".

When you've deleted all your VMs but your phone still shows that little red "you have unread voicemail" dot.

Re: Little things that irritate you
films and tv programmes that use actors to play roles of people from other countries that really can't do the accent, whats the point in hiring an english actor to do an american accent and visa versa
i just watched the night manager and they seem to have used english accented actors to play most of the roles for all the foreign parts with crappy accents
a great example of this is Green Street and the lead role

Re: Little things that irritate you
Agreeing a new mortgage rate with my provider - everything cool, saving around £150 a month or so at this new fix. Then sign into my online banking to see that the next payment is going to be MORE than I'm currently paying.
Phone customer services and they tell me that instead of 810 a month that we'd agreed, I'm going to be paying 807 a month for the 5 year fix, and that the £3 difference over 60 months has been stuck onto the first month payment. WTF? She had no idea why they've calculated it like that.
Again, doesn't really matter in the grand scheme, but why do they always have to be so needlessly complicated and annoying?

Re: Little things that irritate you
Doesn't really irritate me that much, after all there is a lot more irritating behaviour on the tube than make-up applications (listening to music without headphones, eating smelly food then leaving the carton behind, standing in front of the door and not moving to let people in or out, trying to get on before other passengers have the time to get off etc etc I could go on . . . ) however, I am always amazed by their ability to add eye-liner without poking their eyes out!!Baron Von Marlon wrote:Women doing their makeup on the platform/on the tube
