Little things in life that make you smile

Anything goes in The Snug, General Discussion's rebellious little brother. An off-topic den of iniquity where any subject not covered elsewhere may be discussed. Well, anything except golf, Star Wars and Arsenal.

I love people who cover things up with normal household items just to enhance a sporting event or story or scoreline.

I've done it loads.... :D

Not a great shot I know (it was perched atop a 100 ft pylon), but absolutely buzzing to see a peregrine falcon just 100 yards from my house. I've seen them a few miles away on the Jurassic Coast, but never this close to where I live. It stayed there for about 30 mins being heckled by gulls before swooping down and flying off across the bay.

EDIT: sorry don't think the pic's worked, but anyway; seeing an animal like that from my suburban garden was a rush nonetheless!
