Little things in life that make you smile

Anything goes in The Snug, General Discussion's rebellious little brother. An off-topic den of iniquity where any subject not covered elsewhere may be discussed. Well, anything except golf, Star Wars and Arsenal.

My 4 year old, in Sainsbury's, apparently asking the missus in a very loud voice "Mummy, why do some girls have big boobies and some girls have small boobies?"

A woman has suffered chemical injuries after she was mistakenly prescribed erectile dysfunction cream for a dry eye condition.

The woman, from Glasgow, had to be treated at A&E after she was given Vitaros cream instead of the eye lubricant VitA-POS

Didn't know whether to put this in the "smile" thread..........or the irritate/anger thread.

It's another doggy one.

A dog that I can't believe is actually alive. I've never seen a dog who is alive but looks so dead.

Hard to watch for dog/animal lover so beware if things upset you easily.

Genius.
Contrast this with my usual ploy of "put it somewhere safe" and - years later - you can't ******* find it.
(If only I'd put the guitar stuff I bought to refit the guitar inside the guitar..)

I can't remember where I learned about doing stuff like that, but I haven't looked back since I started. Whenever I buy new electronics or computers or whatever, I always put the receipt in a freezer bag & sellotape it to the back or bottom of the appliance knowing full well it'll get lost otherwise. Same goes for spare parts as well, I'll do everything I can to make sure they're stored together (physically attached, where possible), otherwise, they might as well just go straight in the bin.

A local pound-type shop selling long, narrow, 180g 'bars' of white, milk or fruit & nut chocolate, with almonds & honey nougat, called 'Twin Peaks'. Also says on the packaging, 'Inspired by the Wrekin & Ercall hills'..
So, not inspired at all by Toblerone then...
