Little things in life that make you smile

Yes DL! :scarfer: good to hear! (not sure if this is weird to comment on though, hope it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, the comment obviously).

Also thanks for the recommendation WHU Independent, I'll be off to Iceland after work!

No, not weird at all. The sheer joy it brought to me this morning was something to behold :phew:

That happened last night 8-)

And it was surprisingly pain free. Well, for me at least.

That's great Sendo I hope he has many games ahead of him, hopefully in a claret and blue shirt one day. FVE Junior (not so Junior) started playing football again today, his first game since playing at under 17s 4 years ago. Little sod kept up his record of always scoring on his debut for every new team he has played for. Can't wait to go and watch him play again, amazing how much I have missed it.

Yeah it was good. He had the knack of dribbling the ball right away. It didn't go the direction he wanted, and when he wanted to stop he kept picking it up, but eventually we got him to trap the ball by putting his foot on it. A proper "Yes he can trap the ball at 4, he's destine to pull on the claret and blue" moment. I didn't even cry.

Flying from Heathrow to Nairobi last night and being upgraded to business class for no reason whatsoever.

This followed watching my son's football team yesterday go 3-0 down just after half time and drawing 4-4. It was like watching West ham but in reverse.
