Some Scot on GMTV debating supporting England in the World Cup.
When the presenter asks him can be be persuaded to put on an England kit, he asks if the other debater in the studio would put on a Scotland kit. He then back tracks and refers to his opponents history of football kits.
The other guest?
David Mellor.

The way that the World Cup & the World Cup threads on here have completely taken me away from the misery that is the Summer Transfer Thread.

I looked at a transfer thread once, many years ago and decided it was completely pointless, as it was all speculation.
There was also a lot of childish bickering, has that changed at all?

Re: Little things in life that make you smile
Talking to a couple of English lads here in Santorini about football. Moved on to shagging your wife in a football kit. One, who is an arsenal fan, stated that he normally shags his wife in an arsenal shirt but gets her to put a spurs shirt on if he he is going to do her up the ar*e. The trouble is his wife heard him, face like thunder.....i don't think he'll be allowed any fun for a while

I always thought Private Walker was a crazed dictator who invaded Europe and committed suicide in 1945 when it all went tits up for him.vietnammer wrote:Think it was GCRO ehen he realised it was, in fact, a character from Dad's Army
Then I realised it was actually HItler who was the spiv in Dad's Army.
Oh well, you live and learn.
