Maybe not so small but.

My girlfriend agreeing to marry me, I've been aiming to ask her for a while but couldn't find the right time or place. In Croatia last week on a visit to Brac we were at the highest point (Vidova gora) with no one else around so.... Even though she knew it was coming at some point we were both over the moon.

Now just got to pick a time and place for the wedding, Greek Islands look good to me.

Even now a week later, referring to her as my fiance brings a big smile to both our faces.

Might not want to refer to your engagement as a "little thing" when she's in earshot, eh.

Congrats Hants

This is a little thing, but perfection, 6am this time of year, sitting in the garden with a good strong black coffee, the quiet, birds going about their business. Just a beautiful peaceful time.

My son asked me "Dad is it true that married men live longer"

I answered "It only seems longer"

Actually, statistics prove that married men die sooner than married women. Because they want to.

Newcastle United have parted company with their head scout, Graham Carr.

Cue headline:

He's Alan Carr's dad, apparently.

Hearing the rag and bone man hollering down the road (no, not the singer). I wonder how many of them are left.
