Little things in life that make you smile

Anything goes in The Snug, General Discussion's rebellious little brother. An off-topic den of iniquity where any subject not covered elsewhere may be discussed. Well, anything except golf, Star Wars and Arsenal.

If I'd been in Rod's position there, I'd have been feeling up Ally Sheedy, not Richard Pryor. Then I'd probably have gone back to my hotel room and had a massive w*nk.

Seeing a picture of Elizabeth Hurley, in a swimsuit, holding a hose, wish it was my hose!!

Is Warne still banging her? Lucky sod if he is

She made him fix his teeth, get hair plugs, change his clothers and lose weight. Then she realised how ludicrous he looked after all that, and binned him.

She has moved on a bit from her days in the 80's, hanging around Basingstoke town centre getting pissed with a bloke called 'Septic'

Is it traditional, stylish or fashionable not to wear a tie with a suit to a wedding?

Or if it's too hot. In that case guests should be told they don't have to wear a jacket or tie.

Good point.

Maybe I feared everyone would call me a bellend for suggesting a cravat and top hat Image

As an aside, often the invitation will say what the dress code is, so that should always be the starting point.

Seeing our home shirt on sale in a sports shop in Orlando, alongside the usual 6 suspects and Everton. Gives an indication we're seen as one of the big(ger) teams these days

The transfer thread still fills me with enjoyment. Its like one of those crazy pubs you always try to avoid growing up, but you can't help but go in. :)

Getting my shed absolutely organised to perfection*. When my sparky mate gets back from holiday next month, he's putting in leccy for me, which means I will never have to go back into the house.

*with the exception of all the decorating stuff which is in two plastic crates. Any suggestions?

Do you have a garage?

I have all of that junk stored in the rafters of ours. I'm hoping to never use them again.

No garage :( I have just put in some brackets to store the ladder on the shed ceiling, which freed up some more space for shelves. Need more shelves though.
