Not a great shot I know (it was perched atop a 100 ft pylon), but absolutely buzzing to see a peregrine falcon just 100 yards from my house. I've seen them a few miles away on the Jurassic Coast, but never this close to where I live. It stayed there for about 30 mins being heckled by gulls before swooping down and flying off across the bay.
