Clearing out the shed junk, found a Grohe shower mixer valve that belonged to my late father in law and he never got around to installing it. The wife was going to put it on Facebook for a score, googled it and found it retails around 250 sovs, put it on for £175 and it went within half an hour, kerching!

He let some builder bloke on from North Wales because the guy was setting up a "charity" to help victims in the Caribbean.

The bloke wanted to get "crowdfunding" of £100k for him and 4 mates to go and do 'charity' work in the Caribbean for a year as builders - plus an extra £4k per person because 'the bills had to be covered at home'.
