Cuenca 'ammer wrote:as above from m-b - there's one where you do every other day whereby you do 500-600 calories only.

or do it 2 days a week.

works. kept me about level weight wise after I was struggling a bit. not energy loss.

of course you could eat a 600 calorie burger on that day but I wouldn't recommend it...

loads of good reviews on it..........

I would bet I hardly even eat 2000 calories a day (well maybe the pastires put me a bit ott) in general

3 days a week I walk to the Coliseo about 40 minutes and remember some of this would be steeply uphill.
the plus is the other side is steeply downhill !!!!!

then I play pickleball for 2+ hours

then walk back home

ride a bike 1 day

walk the other day at least try to even do some other exercise too

and this is all at 8500 feet - I think that I burn more energy up at this altitude but not sure

so I eat to replace energy and it's all vegetariain. I eat fresh veggies every day, some fish, and carbos - either rice, pasta or quinoa

but I would do the "fasting" (it isn't really going without) and also take a look at the Muslim athletes who only drink water during daylight hours.

Hakeem Alajawon comes to immediate mind as he played in 'ouston. I am sure there are others.

sensbile anything actually would be the recommendation

The Keto diet appears to be the perfect solution for weight loss and well being. A bloke in work has been on one for three months and he's lost two stone and saying he's never felt better. Really sleeping well and his brain is functioning a lot better. He's got loads more energy and generally feels the best he ever has. I watched a documentary about it and the other day and it really was eye-opening. Autistic kids' condition have improved a hell of a lot since being on the diet and type two diabetics have given up using insulin due to the diet.
What you can eat on the diet really would surprise you.

I'm on the Kato diet:
Every time I go to the fridge a Japanese bloke leaps out and karate-chops me.

Why aren't there millions of squirrels in my garden?

Theres a lot of trees, so plenty of squirrel grub. None of our cats ever caught a squirrel, as far as I know, and the foxes only come out at night when the squirrels are tucked up safely in their nests. I assume they multiply like other rodents, shouldn't I be knee deep by now?

EDIT: As you were. Google tells me that squirrels only mate twice a year. Sounds familiar.

Squirrel Chat Up Lines -

If they can get sex twice a year , their chat up lines must be amazing -

Can they be taught , if so , where do I go to learn 'em ?

Put peanut feeders out for the birds, you'll be inundated with the little f**kers.

And they won't ever catch one unless a squirrel is sick or injured. I'm inundated with squirrels and my little cat, who's a bit of a speedster over 4 meters, can't even get close - and she tries every day.

Squirrels = much faster than a cat, can climb up the sheerest walls with ease, have almost 360 degrees vison, are a smart, if not smarter than cats and have a massive sense of smell.

You'll enjoy the chase when you see it though.

maybe in 38 years he'll wish he was still as nimble as I am

:D

of course he's got so much money he'll have someone running around for him instead of doing it himself.
