Not that I would do it...........but just thinking about suicide, it's something I rarely thought about before witnessing it.

I've been there too Crossy, when I was 21 I found a 20yr old hanging in his cell. It was a very very strange feeling being the last person to speak to him and the first person to find him dead. 12 years later I still think of it, can remember the date, day, time and every detail as if it was yeserday. I completely agree with you mate, I think about it a fair bit too, it's hard to explain really.. As you're local to me mate, if you ever want to meet up for a drink or to watch a game or to take the kids to treasure chest or wherever (if you have kids of that age?) then drop me a message mate, I'll give you my number and we can have a chin wag.. always here mate

Stefán Karl Stefánsson (Robbie Rotten from the Lazytown kids show), cancer, 43 years old.

When Eggs Jnr. 1 and 2 were little, we'd sit and watch it. The best baddie ever!

Sorry meant to post this sooner DC but couldn't find where this was posted.

Anyhow I joined this forum just over a year ago and you made a small comment that made me feel welcome, so if you could do that for some rando on the internet then you must be a good guy!

Also sorry it sounded much more eloquent in my head. Stay strong and keep you chin up.

I thought he meant the one out of Cocteau Twins. I was pretty shocked until I saw your post.

Me too. I remember seeing one of the Confessions films as a teenager and she ends up in the bath with Robin Asqwith. I nearly pulled my cock off.

Dudley Sutton, 85. Best known as Tinker in Lovejoy.

I do like this extract from his Wikipedia entry

Dudley Sutton was educated at a boys' boarding school at Lifton Park, Devon. He served in the Royal Air Force as a mechanic before enrolling in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, from which he was later expelled for responding to rock-and-roll.[1]

RIP Tinker.

Enzo Calzaghe, 69

Enzo Calzaghe, the father of former world boxing champion Joe, has died aged 69.

The trainer helped Joe become a two-weight world champion in an undefeated 46-fight career as a professional.

Despite having no experience as a trainer before coaching his son, Enzo also led Gavin Rees and Enzo Maccarinelli to world titles.

"The family are devastated to have to announce the death of our beloved Enzo," the Calzaghes said.

As ever with these double act type things......

I always feel (really sad) for the other half left behind.

It sort of seems a double whammy hit for them. (pal as well as long term working partner taken)

RIP Chas.
