I had forgotten about these images until we were going through my mum's things after she passed away in 2005. My mum had saved both front pages with her keepsakes. The funny thing is my older brother had made the front page of the Southend local paper ten years earlier with a copper removing the laces from his boots also on a bank holiday. Mum had that too.

Funny the things your mum keeps.

You either have a truly chronic digestive problem or it's a tribute to Graham Paddon spoken in a thick Norwich accent .

I am/have been on every episode of 24 hours in police custody - in the credits - but have also had three episodes that have focused on my work in Luton, including the very first episode, so have a celeb rating of ZZZ list :D

Did some painting near the Boleyn that has found it's way into numerous newspapers and on to the front of a book cover.

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football-sport-on-tv-pub-performers-given-final-push-by-a-safe-pair-of-hands-1121724.html

I used to play for the Chiltern FC in the article above.

I also was interviewed for the evening standard about being a landlord (pic in the paper)

Was in a music mag in Australia

Front cover of Q magazine (in the crowd for some festival)

In my local newspaper, accused of letting a dog out and it got run over

Have been on TV three times in Thailand, the best was at a football focus tour, in a hotel, was on screen for about 4 minutes in total in various poses in front of the camera for Star Sports Asia.

Scored at Bishom Abbey for Carpathian Reserves FC

I've been on Danish TV a couple of times being interviewed about West Ham. One was filmed in my local boozer.

A van full of police with a dog and a BBC jerk with a camera turned up at my local
'Looking for drugs' ( there weren't,nor ever have been ,any to find). They found none in any of the town pubs, though they did stop a kid on a moped the day before, found a few grams in his pocket, and the programme mixed it to appear as though it had happens that same night.
I don't do cameras, and seeing as a few months back when two travellers turned up and did quite a lot of damage, the police took 2 hours to arrive, I thought it was reasonable to express an opinion.

Recently pointed to this by a friend.....

3:30 into the video on this page, there's an idiot with his shirt off chucking bottles around and falling arse over tit. I don't remember it at all, but it's certainly me.

Nothing major, but I was a guest on my friends' fledgling podcast a few weeks ago, which went online this evening - I talk a little bit about West Ham, tattooing and other irreverent b*llocks...
