The research was part-funded by the three pro-dairy groups – Global Dairy Platform, Dairy Research Institute and Dairy Australia – but they had no influence over it, the paper said. Givens is an adviser to the Food Standards Agency.

I find that hard to believe, tbh.

Ah, an international conspiracy by producers of lactic solids. Might have known. James Joyce called cheese 'the corpse of milk'. He may have been onto something.

Dairy fat has been shown to have positive effects on your health in quite a number of studies.

I think the whole fat = clogged arteries thing is nonsense anyway.
