What would be the ingredients and what would you call it?

A Long Island iced tea. Makes you feel amazing for a short time but ****'s you up in the end. Usually quite expensive for something that you only enjoy briefly but you still go back over and over in hope that it will be one of the good nights.

Not sure about the other ingredients, but will probably contain sour grapes and bitters.

To be served in a mug which should be placed at the bottom of the table.

Cheers! :P

Either:

Some really exciting ingredients that don't quite go together.

Or

A really exciting drink that would be tasty and good for you, only for some douchebag to steal it before you get it!

Or

That old favourite that was you keep going back to even though it is not good for you anymore.

Asti Spumante. Trying to play with the big boys but in reality just a cheap and nasty imitation.

This sounds either the best cocktail ever (barring the texture i imagine), have you tried it?

Invented by Del Boy Trotter, IIRC. I believe I may have had one in the 90s when I was a student, and thought it was clever to drink that type of thing.

Something over priced and tacky, sold in a rented over sized fish bowl and spilt down a fat birds top, albeit something with a name that reminds you of better times.

Five ingredients selected at random by the bartender. Among the possible ingredients are faeces and urine.

I'd go with the Esther Rantzen (Pernod, Ouzo, Marmalade, and Salt) from Bottom.

Something awful that was made from whatever was available at the time.

Molotov.

Started with good intentions but the creator goes a tad mental, makes things incendiary and lights the fuse before walking away and leaves innocents dealing with the flames
