Fried potatoes > potato waffles

There's a lot you can do with fried potatoes - boil them up, then fry in butter or olive oil, some chopped chives a bit of salt and pepper. Sorted. Goes really well with sausages, egg and bacon.

Fried potatoes and chorizo in a tortilla with cheese is a great combination
