Or do you mean in one go?

I'm not entirely sure now. 41 metres? That much?

I'm pretty doubtful I ran 41 metres in one go in all of 2017

Understood.

In which case, your aim for 2018 should be to run 41 metres in one go.

Aye. Maybe putting 100 of them together in one go, would be nice!

Actually, means I need a new goal for 2018. Any suggestions?

You could always try and beat your Ironman mate's mileage Dan ;)

Outworking the world Ultraman Champion might be a push.

I'm doing my private hire licence in the next month(pricey, but I've been promised a job).
I've already started walking the dog at least 4miles a day.
I've stopped taken ALL meds(blood thinners,Crohn's,nutjob stuff,the lot).
I've written to the shrink to say thanks for everything and goodbye.

Change,or croak trying.
If I make it to next year, things are going to be different.

I turn 40 in 2018, and thus I am experiencing a life crisis

My goal for 2018 is to decide what I want to do for the rest of my life

The aim of 2019 will be to begin to make that happen

Hope that works out mate. Sometimes letting the brain/body reset itself by coming off everything is the best way forward.

Ditto, word for word. I've had a feeling for a while that a better life is passing me by and I need to sort it out ASAP.

Getting healthy is my main priority. 5ft 7 and 14 stone 2 so while not exactly a Michelle McManus chubber, I'm still very overweight. Plus I'm diabetic so I need to control that better and to that end I've already committed to a dry January and may go longer. I don't ever booze at home so it's only the social lunches that I need to avoid. I can't go to a pub and have a coke or an orange so I'll just have to be a recluse, a healthy recluse mind.

Having hopefully sorted out my depression issues at the back end of last year, I have a renewed enthusiasm for work and I'm wondering if I should focus that on finding a new job. I've been here 7 years and I know I can get 15-20% more elsewhere.

2016 and 2017 where ar*eholes of years for me so determined to make 2018 much better for myself and my family

Does anyone know of a website (preferred) or an app that plots a run route for you based on distance input?

Can't believe it has taken until the bottom of p2 for this to be said. What's up with KUMB these days?
