Yep I only use Weber Kettle and fuel, everything else is overpriced , that is where they make much of the profit on **** like the cleaners, drip pans and all the other nonsense, FFS £4 for a tin foil drip tray !

Daughter is doing a BBQ at her place on Sat
I am firing up a pork shoulder at 8 am on my Weber on sat to take round her place, how did that happen

Babyback ribs on the Weber, nearly ready, mouth is watering.

Drinking some local scrumpy cider.

Good times.

well it turned out that granddaughter no1 has me awake at 4.30 on Sat, then the little monkey went back to sleep on the sofa at 5.15, so I fired up the weber at half 5
smoked the shoulder for 11 hrs , using a cider mop , it was a brilliant piece of meat by the end

Going to do my first of the season this weekend but want something more adventurous than the usual Burgers, Sausages or Chicken Legs combo. So......

If you could only cook one more meal on your BBQ, what would it be?
