Bowl of Frosties to start followed by double egg, bacon, double lincolnshires, mushrooms, tinned Tom's, fried slice and a round of toast, all washed down with a huge mug of tea.
I have not needed any further replenishment today.

Two Fuel style high protien weetabix style thing in hot soy milk and raisins plus chia seeds.

Two small slices of Whole Earth peanut butter on wholemeal toast - much better than that stuff I was getting from Blue Dolphin.

Cuppa char.

Sounds lovely Steve, I was eating a wrap I made up the the other day and when I had all the stuff inside it and folded up in a sort of parcel shape I decided to toast it under the grill.

I never tasted anything so nice, from now on I am toasting the wraps :)
