This mornings offering was two slices of lightly toasted sourdough bread with butter and marmite on, topped with three eggs scrambled.

Home made guacamole on toast, topped with a poached egg and crispy pancetta.

Can't believe I just typed that, I sound like a right lefty knob head.

Things you can get in Saudi: Eggs, tomatoes. Worcester Sauce.

Things you can't get: Any form of bacon.

At least my fry-ups are a bit healthier, but I THIRST for bacon.

Actually their Adhas (lentils) and freshly-made flat bread is very tasty and does you up for the day.

Dan the only way I would do a 7 mile run after 2 crumpets is if their husbands were chasing me :D

Blimey how far past their sell-by date were they for that to happen?

Just lots and lots of tea for me. Tea so strong Keith Richards couldn't inject the stuff. In my jumbo West Ham mug.
