Bowl of Frosties to start followed by double egg, bacon, double lincolnshires, mushrooms, tinned Tom's, fried slice and a round of toast, all washed down with a huge mug of tea.
I have not needed any further replenishment today.

Shakshuka (what happens if you mash up an ommelette) wa hobbes (bread) as usual. Nice, but I'm going to have the works (with chips) when I get back to bilghty.
