Bran flakes with mixed fruit, Chia seeds, soya milk and a touch of Aqua Riva (honey replacement.) Two slices of artisan baked stone ground wholemeal bread (that I got given for free!) with mushroom pate. Two cups of tea to compensate for my hangover and I was as dry as a nuns gusset.
