Does eating a Tesco Jalfrezi Microwave meal at 0500 count as breakfast? Or because I'm on nights, is that really my dinner?

Would be brunch at that time in the part of the sub-continent from where the jalfrezi originates; it's a decent compromise DL - definitely acceptable at any rate!

Fruit, coffee, water.

Friday is office fry up day, and at £2.50 for "5 items" (i.e. 4 bacon, 1 toast), I suspect I shall be giving that a bash.

I've been eating oats for breakfast for the last two years, if I ever change it up for a cheat I'll have a full English. Although when I used to visit my then girlfriend in the US I would go to iHOP or a diner every day for pancakes :)

Now you're talking HTP.

When I've been out there, I've had their "Passport sampler" breakfast. Basically, it's their version of a full English with a mini stack of pancakes. Nothing like starting a day of roller coasting on a full stomach!
