Did not disappoint, that’s for sure

Dinner tonight is probably burgers. Parents over in a bit for lunch & drinks so may just have a light supper depending on what we eat with them.

Lovely Nepalese food at the place in town. My youngest absolutely loved it, too.

Last night I had chilli and fries with loads of powdered ghost chilli over it. I think I'll have a curry tonight.

That’s great news on the diabetes mate, we sometimes have a stroll before dinner to work up an appetite

Some of the best plant sources of iron are:
Beans and lentils.
Tofu.
Baked potatoes.
Cashews.
Dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach.
Fortified breakfast cereals.
Whole-grain and enriched breads.
As for Cholesterol are you on tablets? I think most are I am and my bad cholesterol is 1.5 so the nurse said.
A fit bit has helped me in managing walking etc, you can soon clock up 5000 steps without trying and the recommended count is 10,000 a day.
