Tonight it's Iberian black pork spare ribs, slow cooked in the oven, gas mark one for two and three-quarter hours.

140°celsius non fan.

The black pork ribs tend to be quite fatty, so it depends on how you like them as to how long you cook them for. You can always leave them for longer if you prefer but 2 and 3/4 hours is about right for me as I like them juicy. Good luck with them.

Was perfect, as it goes. They're shrink-wrapped anyway, and it didn't smell of anything once we'd unwrapped & defrosted it. Most satisfactory.

Still have 3 more in the freezer, all with their original yellow "REDUCED" sticker showing.
