Salad on the side.

One of my go-to meals when entertaining is chicken wrapped in bacon or parma ham, stuffed with Stilton cheese. Simple and delicious.

Chicken Fajitas last night. Home-made Guac but bought the rest in one of those Tex-Mex packs. Still, truly superb.

Brought two in for lunch today as well.

used some Tuscan ragu to knock up a lasagne for this evening, fresh made egg pasta, the only problem is after I have finished making pasta it looks like some ****er has dropped a hand grenade in the bag of flour,

Which does remind me of the time i did drop an open bag of flour flat on its bottom which created a fountain of the stuff

Nice crispy jacket potato cooked in the oven, with tuna mayo and sweetcorn.

I enjoyed it far more than I should have enjoyed such a meal.

Made shakshuka last night. Simply simply loveleh.

Peppers and onions fried off, add paprika, pour in arthur tin of Tom's and crack two eggs in. Cover with plate and simmer/steam and then sprinkle on some cheddar and finish off with two mins under the grill. Garish with soured cream and coriander.

Bang on.

Tagliatelle with salmon in a cream deal and vodka sauce except without the salmon and cream and replaced with more vodka and a monstrous amount of fresh mixed veg - asparagus, red peppers, mushrooms, green beans etc etc - and it was cooked to perfection.

Thanks Amerigo Vespucci for cooking it and to my sister who's company paid for it.
