Fennel seed pork belly with veg & gravy. Bit of a favourite here, although I have to painstakingly cut out all the collagen after cooking else the family all moan, then reassemble the joint.

Had a low and slow roast beef yesterday
The remainder went in beef casserole for today

Spaghetti Carbonara last night. The missus messed up the egg to parmesan ratio, meaning the sauce was too runny and too eggy. I duly registered my criticism, hopefully she bucks her ideas up for next time.
