I reckon you'd be best served by asking a picture framer to make one, someone like this

I take it that you are not much of a DIY type?

You can pick up strips of moulding from B&Q and you’ll need a mitre box and a sheet of hardboard. A tube of no more nails and you have a perfect bodge job.

I have an original era Adidas shirt from the League Cup final against The Victims which I am thinking of framing.

CH comes on here asking for advice on picture framing and you suggest he nails it to a bit of hardboard ?

Picture Framing is bloody expensive , Steve -

What I would do is find an old picture + frame in a charity shop that's a bit bigger than your folder , get a bit of hardboard from B&Q , a tube of No More Nails - first , cut the hardboard to the size of your charity shop frame paint the hardboard white or cream or apple white or something that would contrast nicely with the badge folder , no more nail it to the hardboard and stick it in the frame .

Voila !

I often use these Easyframe. They'll cut one to size if you specify the dimensions. Then you can pick whatever colour frame you want.

For that, I'd recommend a box frame as they're a bit deeper. Maybe with a white background or something. Would look great.

Try a company called A Bliss - http://www.abliss.co.uk/

I have used these guys for over 30 years, absolute first class service.

Ask for Sally or Edward

Word of warning - they are pricey!
