Kids football

It seems the old thread is gone, so it was suggested I start a new one.

I have been helping out with my boy's U6 team for about a year, and after much nagging have just embarked upon my Level 1.

So thought it would be good to see who else has done the course, who has taken it further and just general stuff about coaching kids.

coached for about 30+ years..loads of fun made loads of friends, BUT......some parents think their kid is Messi or Ronaldo and it's your fault if he doesn't turn out that way..

Retired last year, do miss it at times, but not enough to go back !!!!

:)

working at Rice Uni this week, (week 2 of 5) great "old friends reunion" week........had the 11/12's last week, 10/11's this..

got 4 kids who used to play for me since they were about 5 or that...smashing...food's great..still not enough to tempt me back !!!!!!!!

:)

Some parents expectations are ridiculous......
