Salad comprising of: Sun-dried toms, marinated aubergines, mushrooms and Artichokes, olives, fresh basil leaves, normal toms, sweet corn and a bit of cucumber. Garnished with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and half an avocado on top.

It was top draw. Thanks Matt at Vesuvio, Limehouse.

Made my own coleslaw (red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot and lime) and had some tomatoes and chicken pieces with it. Was very nice.

Cheese, Ham, Lettuce, Tomato and Pickle in a crusty white Baguette, plus a can of pop and pack of Steak McCoys.
£3.85 from the bakery in the market
(This is what I have most days at work. Though some days I swap the Cheese, Ham and Pickle for thinly sliced Roast Beef and Horse Radish)
