Leftover Chinese is imminent. I am trying to be as patient as possible to maximise the enjoyment.

On a health kick, mixed lettuce, cucumber onion, peppers and tuna with a little balsamic vinegar.

Not the best meal I have ever had by any stretch but trying to shed the bag of cement above my belt. :)

My lunch today, my favourite sarnie, tinned red salmon, mixed with salt, black pepper and vinegar, with sliced tomato in wholemeal bread. Delicious and don't think I can wait until lunchtime to eat it. The only thing that could make it better, is thick slices of cottage loaf, or any other form of doughy white bread

Just put 2 Aberdeen angus beefburgers on the bbq to have in lightly toasted buns, with american mustard, ketchup, grilled cheese and gherkins. Working from home is a bind.

Publix one of the larger supermarkets in the South East does a sandwich called the ultimate.
Yesterday had this, French stick, loaded up with beef, ham, turkey and cheddar cheese. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and pickles. Mayo and Spicy mustard, salt and pepper. Lovely.

Chicken wings, CH. but they’re very spicy ones called Diablo wings in Bodeans.

Yesterday it was wings again. Went to Randys in Hackney Wick before the game.
