New mid range mobile phone.

I know there's usually a thread every year about new phones,
But due for an upgrade with EE, and looking at the phones, they all look the bloody same.
I refuse to pay more than £35 a month, so don't need a top premium phone.
I'd keep my phone, but the battery hardly lasts 2 hours.
So basically an android phone, good battery and camera.
Also, anyone use wireless charging, was thinking it'd be handy in the car.

Go Chinese, you'll get far better value, a Xiaomior Huwaei, I bought my MI5s outright for about 200 ish and then just pay £10 a month pay as you go contract type deal

Xiaomi Mix 2S. Sim only contract with Virgin at £18 month with 45 gigs of data.

No troubles.

If 35 a month is your top end, I got the galaxy s8 last October with unlimited calls/texts and 30gb of data (well overkill as I only use around 3 a month but it was actually as cheap as the lesser amounts). No upfront fee either.

I assume they are a bit cheaper now as a pay monthly handset as the s9 is out now.

Apart from that, I would get the best Xaomi I could get with the budget I had as the spec on their decent ones are pretty much there with the Samsung's etc.

The fast change option on the samsungs are really good if you're looking for battery. The battery itself doesn't really last any longer then any other phone, but if you turn the brightness off, stick it on flight mode while on charge, it'll do a full battery in about an hour, maybe less.

Aye, get a Xiaomi or Huawei

You need not pay more than £200

Then, get a sim only deal. You'll get all the minutes, all the texts and 30gb of data to use practically worldwide.
Do it via Quidco/Topcashback and you'll get around £60 cashback making it effectively around £13 per month.
