I'm now entering my 5th year of Sciatica pain, any other sufferer of nerve damage has my utmost sympathy.

Yip nerve damage that impacts the sole of your foot up to your calf (in my case anyway). Feel every step when out walking and toes feel on fire and tingly and calf is so tight - not pleasant.

Trying to wear barefoot shoes which is a whole new experience. They are so comfortable to wear and eases the pain but walking distances in them takes time (not the most fashionable either).
