They should just close with "Blackburn and West Ham shared the spoils in a 0-0 thriller. Good night" :D

Even when we do play a good game, they never comment on how well we did.

Just a usual dash to another match.

I think another day it could have been given...

I imagine the referee was asleep like the 24,000 other people inside Ewood Park.

An ex-pat from East London he approached my vehicle and on noticing my West Ham gear ( which I have worn all week-proudly showing my allegiance regardless of the crap written and spoken this last week )

He said....'Oh you can't be all that bad if your a Hammer'........and thus started a half hour banter about our beloved club......

What struck me as I drove off was that we didn't once discuss any of the negative vibe surrounding West Ham United....

In any case, we should be well up for this game considering the events and emotion of the last fortnight, a club under siege we will come out with all football guns blazing so I'm predicting a 1 - 4 win! COYI!!

Cole, Jimenez, Collison and Stanislas.

What was I thinking ffs.

Just got back from Blackburn, the game was ***** to be honest at half time I said to my mate that I expected us to have a go second half but if anything it was worse. Collins did well and Jimenez looked as though he might do something but besides that dissapointed. The bright spot of the weekend was balgging our way into the Darwen working mens club after the game it was like extras from the addams family in there, hilarious.

Heard some of ours in wetherspoons last night try starting an "Irons" shout about 9ish but by then we were too smashed to join in had a kebab and then the cheapest cab I have ever had back to our digs .

p.s the T shirts were on sale at the Fernhurst in the car park before the game , description of "quality" stretching it a bit though !

What utter gash that game was - at my age I'm not sure if I can afford to lose 90 minutes of my life watching that drivel.

Typical Alladyce team, hoof and hope - Collins and Upson did well enough but we had a couple of heart stopping moments in the second half and thought in the end we were lucky to get the draw.

The first half saw us trying to play a bit of quality and we seemed to lack the final ball and often either punted it hopefully into the box or sent it all the way back for Collins to do the same. Sadly for us, we decided to play exactly the same as them in the second half and it was abysmal.

I'm trying to recall if we actually troubled Robinson in goal?

Parker was immense yet again, and Noble and Stanislas gave it a go. Collison was woeful I'm afraid and Jimenez and Dyer were just that - dire! And Spector........well what can you say about a 3rd choice RB playing out of position as a LB?

Now Clarke is allegedly our tactical genius - well IMHO we need to have a serious ****ing look from where I was sitting - no width on the right, Faubert never once attempted to overlap even when Stanislas swapped sides, Jimenez was drawn too central and often got in Noble/Parker's way. Cole was as maneuverable as a ****ing oil tanker with a dodgy rudder and our midfield again sat far too close to our midfield so any breaks we had had to be stopped or slowed down to allow Cole to wander into position and for someone to support him from midfield.

We are far too slow on the ball and frankly I am still to be won over by the Italian midget and his ideas for the side.

Good point, absolutely horrible opponents ( Football wise, not Dave wise ), another Clean Sheet & i'll suffer that..

Didn't create a great deal though which is worrying but the thing i have in my head isn't just about new Strikers, we don't create anything for our existing Strikers ( including Jiminez ) as Cole makes his own chances out of nothing generally & the Midfield, the Wolves Goal aside, seem to struggle making chances for themselves let alone our Strikers/Striker..

Started to watch the Game again last night & actually fell asleep during it which says a lot..
