Assuming Piq and Ba are back, let's field the same team as we did against Liverpool at home. Spurs are nothing more than a big-budget version of this West Ham side: good going forward but brittle at the back.

Don't start with Cole. Stop Bale and Lennon. 5 in midfield with the aim of stifling them and then hopefully nick one at the other end.

Gradually getting our injured players back

Bale, VDV & Corluka already,
Kaboul may be fit but Hudd a week or two off.

Corluka seemed to aggravate a knock vs AC so if he is out i am hoping Kaboul will be able to step in.

If we start with Hutton you are guaranteed at least one Pen so we will need to score two.

Personally i think it will be a tight game. 1-0 THFC.

P.S will be meeting a few of yours in the HH pre-match - i 'spose i better keep my head down

This hasn't been the case this season. It's actually goals they are struggling with

They have scored 19 goals at home in the league all season (one of the lowest in the league) while only conceding the 10

We need 5 in midifeild and we have to stifle the pace on the wings but if we can outplay them in the middle of the park then we have a chance of getting something. Ba has to play with cole coming on late in the game.
If Grant gets the tactics right like he did for the two home games against Liverpool and Stoke then we could surprise a few people here.

yeah agree, Ba before Cole for me! If Piq is fit then him one side & O'Neill the other.

Stop Bale/VDV they literally have no much else, maybe Kranjcar but he will probably be on the bench, no reason going forward why Ba/Cole and others will cause problems, fancy Hitz to pop up with one.

Lennon's a lot of hot air and his crossing and passing isn't brillant, Modric's a good player but will he even play as they have choices with Sandro, Palacios, Jenas, Huddlestone and others and they may want to do some squad rotation with the Champions League still to come.

Tomkins will score a 37th minute header and we will win, 1-0, clinging on for absolute dear life.

Will Tomkins even be playing, surely Jacob has to go back at RB then between Tomkins/Da Costa to partner Upson.

Be lucky after our game R+R

Palacios & Hudd out injured.

Will start with Sandro & Modric CM.

Bale & Lennon on the wings (Lennons crossing has improved significantly this season).

The usual change for League games is Pav & Defoe insead of Crouch & VDV but it is highly inter-changeable between the 4..

Right back is satill our main concern (if Hutton starts).

I like the way you state that as a factor as to why what I said may be unrealistic
