Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadIf the saints and derby win again and we lose that will be 8 points away from promotion spots
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadNarrow win for us, I hope. Would be a nice touch if Sam has a brolly on the touchline!

Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match Thread
& if i win the US Lottery tonight we won't lose cos i'll fund Maynard, Barton, Bellamy & Kolaraov so we'll be alright..
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadCan we not loan Ilunga to our opposition for 1 match?
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadMost anticipated game of the season for me. First games I ever went to as a kid were at Forest in the mid 90s with my dad. Now going back for the first time since, again with him, but in the right end this time.
No idea what sort of result to expect. But we'll dominate possession. I'd pick the same team as last two league games, with McCartney in for Ilunga. No reason to change anything else. Last edited by Scaloni Is The Messiah on Wed Aug 24, 2011 10:21 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadGreen
O'Brien - Reid - Tomkins - Taylor Collison - Noble - Parker - Stanislas Nolan Cole
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadI dread to think what the reaction will be should we lose
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match Thread---------------------------Green
O'Brien------Tomkins-----Reid-----McCartney Faubert------Noble-------Parker----Taylor -----------------------Stanislas -------------------------Cole Subs: can't be arsed - wouldn't fancy any of them to change a game.... Ilunga - under arrest - I'm phoning to say that he's one of the looting suspects in Peckham....... Barrera - deported - I'm phoning to say he came in the back of a lorry A draw at least. A defeat and Big Fat Sam will soon be in the Big Fat Firing Line.
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadSears left at Upton Park,
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match Thread
Who's captain then Bubbs?
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match Thread
Tomkins.
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadThis has been a bit of a frustrating season so far, conceding last minute goals in games we should have won or in the case of Cardiff, drawn.
That aside, three points on Sunday will put us on 10 points after 5 games and a 2 point per game average, if we keep up that average over the course of the season and will probably win the leagure by 10 points! I think we should stick with 451 in this match and go with; Green OBrien-Reid-Tomkins-McCartney Collison-Nolan-Parker-Noble-Taylor Cole

Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadEverard La Ronde ahead of Ilunga too if Linda isn't fit....
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match Thread
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadHe won't drop Nolan what ever, no chance of a side without Big Kev.
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadHard to tell you how we're likely to line up, Stevie Mc is still trying to find his best side and in particular, solve the conundrum of what our best midfield looks like.
Hopefully we'll see Miller and Findley as the strike force, it looks really promising - both are good finishers and it's a good combination of power and pace. The problem for us this season has been actually creating opportunities - our midfield has played too narrow, and with Greening, Boateng and McGugan ever present it has lacked pace. Central defensive partnership is very solid with Morgan and Chambers, but susceptible on the turn. Big, physical strikers are their preference.
Re: Nottingham Forest v West Ham United - Match ThreadI cant deal with an another Illunga muck- up. If Linda aint fit then we gotta put Taylor left back and put stanislas out wide. We always win away, dont worry.
