IF Taylor is still out, it may be our only option, Lansbury/Collison clearly are ineffective there, and we can't afford to drop any more points this early. If Taylor is available, he has to start, we've missed his set pieces far too much lately!

This has always been 1 game that I haven't been looking forward to since the fixtures where announced and when they signed Kevin Phillips. However, I'm actually going to go for a 3-1 Hammers win. I don't know what has changed my mind as it certainly can't be our performances at home so far but I have a really good feeling about this game.

So with that, expect a dull game with Blackpool winning it with a 92nd minute goal from Kev :D

Making the same journey myself. Looks like the best bet this weekend will be

Victoria Line towards Walthamstow Central or Seven Sisters
Switch at Oxford Circus for Central Line
Central Line eastbound
Switch at Mile End for District or Hammersmith & City eastbound

Hope this helps... Check the tfl journey planner for more info.

I'll be making the same route, I'll be changing to the Jubilee line at Westminster all the way through to West Ham then get on the District to Upton Park through there, but you can also go the way that terrapinstation recommended, they both take about the same time.

Absolutely no chance..

Dyers is a jonah thread starter. Might as well give Holloway the three points and save on the deisel....

Just wanted to bump this thread as there have been too many diversions over the last couple of days.

No pun intended wrt travelling down to the game hope the trains/tube/buses work out for everyone.

Have a feeling Montano will be on the bench for this and Baldock will start with Cole. Carew on for Cole later.

Last home match was more vocal than of late. More of the same please and a sound win to boot!

I will eat my own head if that is the team. Saying that, I do hope Montano makes the bench at least. Would be nice to see if he can cut the mustard as from what I saw in pre-season he looked a good little player.

Saludo. Mate it,s looking like O Brien will miss out due to injury, and you,ve left the Captain out.Don,t see Sam playing Cole and Carew. One of them with Baldock maybe.
Hopefully Taylor will be back. He,s returned to training today. Faubert in place of Joey.
