My last game before my Half Year Season Ticket kicks in. If the club website is to be believed, this should be a sell out. If I was not so depressed about today, I would be looking forward to this more, but now it has become a real must win game as we have let the pack almost catch up with us. I was hoping we would have a bit of a cushion before the hard festive period games.

If we lose this one then make it another 8 years for your next, when we are playing Champions League/Blue Square South in an athletics track :)

Should be an interesting starting 11 + subs against Barnsley - the OS shows us with only 14 senior players fit / available for selection, and that includes Montenegro !!!

Olly Lee might get a run out?

Same here sweeney cant wait for the season ticket. Not sure why after our Reading performance but what the hell. The Barnsley game could easilky go either way; Barnsley take advantage after two defeats or b; we come back with a bang. I think bfs will have them up for it and hopefully we take control of the game. 3-0 home win.

Montenegro, Potts and Moncur will make at least the squad I think. Would be pleased to see any of them get minutes.

I know Carew is big, but does he warrant two places?

Barnsley currently winning 1-0, should have had a second , and if it stays this way will be a whole 7 points behind us next Saturday , so will have plenty to play for .

Now 2-0 up .

Wonder what their wage bill is ?

Barnsley will play the ball on the deck, comfortable playing from the back, have a fast midfield and attack. The young lad butterfield finds space between midfield and defence to hit long shots with both feet and has scored some screamers. Gonna need a real rocket from Sam to get the lads in shape for this. Need Taylor and Lansbury fit, just to give us some options. Taylor especially, they're weak at set pieces and against crosses, anything decent into Carew/Cole/Piquonne could win us the game. If they turn it on I expect to see them play how many west ham fans want us to play.
