I think experience has shown us that we are better with Noble playing in front of a defensive mid,Diop or Tomkins, letting him get a little further upfield, as the only one who can find a pass.

According to this forums main page the K.O is 1.15... please tell me that's wrong, I've already brought my rail tix!

I fancy Reading to turn them over 2-0.indiehammer wrote:
Reading are away to Donny and i fancy a Doncaster win there. Ending Readings unbeaten run, sending them on a downward spiral, culminating in heavy defeat from us at the Boleyn.

Whilst I would love indie to be correct, I have to agree with you smuts.smuts wrote:I fancy Reading to turn them over 2-0.
Just gotta hope that the thought of relegation keeps Donny fighting all game.

Good point Indie; not sure where that pearl came from.. ..it's a better situation than I thought then; didn't want the prospect of going into the Leeds game knowing that we'd fallen further behind the Saints.indiehammer wrote:Good post Gerb, but Southampton aren't playing midweek.

JOB---Tomkins---Faye---Linda
---------Lansbury---Noble----------
Morrison-------Nolan------Taylor
-------------------Cole---------------
Morrison needs to be given a chance as on balance he is the only natural creativity we have in the team. That has been severely lacking in recent games... What have we got to lose, we all know things need freshening up desperately!
An optimistic 2-0 win to the irons. We have to win at elland road again at some point surely. Normal solid defence with more creativity and it's there for the taking

All sold out now according to the OS; doesn't look like we did get an extra 500 tickets.

Id take a draw from this to be honest. Might set us back a bit but a point from elland road is not to be sniffed at.

There style of play has not changed in 40 years, non stop graft and bosh it,all throughout midfield they will be snapping
and Bechio will chase lost causes up front, its the hardest away fixture we will face all season, and dont be surprised
if we have to do an inventory check for the Boro game

Staying at the Novotel which is easy walk from the station and en route to Elland Road and back there in 20 mins after the game to powder your nose and head for a night out in Leeds!

Leeds have lost 7 games at home, conceded more than they have scored at home and we have won 10 on the road yet the majority are predicting a home win. I don't get it...
