Agreed, and he likes to pop up with one or two goals against them!

Hard to predict what side we will play for this, quite a few players came in and performed well during the FA Cup tie. Think Diarra and J.Cole wil keep their places. Vaz Te or Jarvis to start with the other coming on last 15/20 to run and tired full backs wouldn't be the worst thing.

GK: Jussi
Def: Demel, Collins, Reid, O'Brien
Def Mid: Diarra, Noble
Mid: J.Cole, Nolan, Jarvis
ST: C.Cole

Hopefully give Carlton, Joey and Collison 20 minutes at the end when we are comfortable.

0-2. Chamakh and Nolan.

From BBC - Sunderland defenders Danny Rose and Carlos Cuellar will miss tomorrow's home game with West Ham because of hamstring injuries. John O'Shea and Stephane Sessegnon have returned to light training but may not be risked, with new signing Alfred N'Diaye's dependent on international clearance arriving in time.

Jussi
Demel Collins Reid Obrien
Diarra Noble
J.Cole Nolan Taylor/Jarvis
Chamakh

That's the team I THINK Sam will go for in this one. Bring Cole on after 60 mins, giving him a bit of a rest after the amount of games he's played. I've got a feeling he may give Taylor a chance for this one, just a hunch, however with Chamakh's heading ability, he may play Jarvis with his excellent deliver, just not 100% with the left mid spot

It would make sense to rest Carlton Cole this weekend for the replay up at Old Trafford on the 16th. As Chamakh can't feature in that match.

Jussi
Demel Reid Collins Potts
Noble Collison
Cole Nolan Jarvis
Chamakh

Reading Sam's comments in the week he mentioned how well Potts played and how he wants him to continue to develop with us so I think he may start, especially if O'Brien is still out
Reid, Noble and Jarvis will be recalled in place of Tomkins, Diarra and Vaz Te.
I think Sam will start Collison ahead of Diarra because Diarra has only started once since returning from injury, also with one eye on Wednesday where we will probably have to be more defensive.
Chamakh is unavailable for Wednesday, so he will start here to rest Carlton, this will be his best chance to grab a goal or two, put the pressure right on Carlton, hopefully just in time for Carlton to make Vidic his little b*tch on wednesday 8-)

2-0 Chamakh and Nolan.

N'Diaye has been granted international clearance so can play against us. Anyone know anything about him?

Bench. Hopefully on for last 20 minutes, but wouldn't be surprised to see him start and put in another hour before being subbed.

There's an opposition view thing with a couple of Mackems on WHO who were pretty funny, unlike most of the chippy pricks that do those sorts of things. I remember the QPR bloke who said no-one here would even make their matchday squad. Idiot.

Danny Rose being out is no bad thing. Been the only bright spark from them on a few occasions this season

Need a decent show and a nice win for this one, I work in Pennywell one of the many Sh#t holes in Sunderland and have a few cheeky bets on with the natives.
