Next one will be the same if they don't change the manager - boring football, don't try to win cups or difficult league games, ambition simply to stay up.RichieRiv wrote:I can't be arsed with stats. I know what I saw and it was a pile of ****. One of many **** performance.
Sooner this season is over the better.

One thing that perhaps went unmentioned......the crowd gave Danny Gabbidon a fantastic reception.

Couldn't believe how many people I see wearing those sickly 50/50 scarves on Saturday !
Re: West Ham Utd v Crystal Palace: match thread
I saw one of them in the run on Saturday and thought it was odd. I wouldn't have thought Palace to have many day-trippers.likemydreams wrote:Couldn't believe how many people I see wearing those sickly 50/50 scarves on Saturday !
Welcome to the new age of English (top flight) football.

Personally thought the context of what they were saying was distasteful...carnage wrote:West Ham fans are described as "extraordinary creatures."

Expected more from the Palace support tbh, very generic.
Loud when they went 1 up but plenty of periods of silence.

Probably down to the fact their ultras weren't there, they went to their U18 against Brighton instead.Grays wrote:Expected more from the Palace support tbh, very generic.

Shame as everyone was out for them expecting similar to what they done at Arsenal / Tottenham.

That game ended before 13:00, they could have made it easy.NorthBankAlliance wrote:

They chose not to have a group presence due to our inflated prices.
Cheaper to watch their team at The Emirates or WHL...

I don't know why though, after a great first season he was sh*t!!!! Scott Parker killed himself for us and got booed, I know he joined them but still. Gabs played like a retard for large parts of his West Ham career and gets thatbubbles1966 wrote:One thing that perhaps went unmentioned......the crowd gave Danny Gabbidon a fantastic reception.

Re: West Ham Utd v Crystal Palace: match thread
I would have needed three guesses to forecast the result on Saturday.
I wasn't optimistic. And there were no surprise performances.
It has come to this... just seeing the season out hoping for a U turn from the purchasing dept in the Summer.
Not caring about being turned over at home by Palace! Who'd have thought it..
