88 mins and it's still nil nil.

A good pre season point away from home.

Played 2, two points. As long as we keep the number of points the same as the number of games played we should be safe.

If we won every pre-season match the only trajectory would be downwards. It's good that we are playing **** now, as long as we get our act together by mid-August.

The scousers lost today. Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image

We are also only 3 days after the last game. We also have 31 days until the first competitive game, if he is still not involved by the Schalke Cup and Sampdoria game, then it's probably more of an issue.

Cresswell and Kouyate looked good in the 1st half.

Poyet done ok in the 2nd.

Zarate looked poor tbh, think he got hooked towards the end. I left about on the 80 min mark

Not sure why we're reading so much into a friendly played less than 2 weeks after we came back to training. Championship sides are a week ahead of us in pre-season, and it was a match where we made 12 substitutions!

Can't read much into these games, but would be nice to score a few goals.

Shame Morrison isn't fit imo.

Just got home, lots of Hammers there tonight, some taking a pre-season friendly v Ipswich far too seriously, some of the comments were laughable.

About the only bright spark of the game was Kouyate/Downing & Jarvis first half. The second half was a pile of turd and left on 75. Weirdly though saw Carlton in the Staples car park behind the ground looked like he had been to the shop. Thought this was really random with the game going ahead.

Fair play to those travelling on a midweek preseason friendly!
I must be going mad , i'm sure we almost filled that stand along the side of the pitch.Must have well over 1,920 of us ??
